I'mmmmmm Baaack
From PARIS that is!
As soon as we unpack and get settled, I promise blog entries. Until then....
The above is the only photo I have of the four of us. How sad is that?

Dear ASA,
Dear ASA,
Thank you so much for being so kind and patient. Yes, your brother is getting an unequal amount of attention right now. Not that it is an excuse, but, he is two and I think that two year olds, by default, are squeaky wheels. MRA is no different. And because of that, he gets a majority of the attention. Everyone just sort of scrambles to keep him occupied before a meltdown occurs because, quite honestly, this is in some ways easiest.
You, on the other hand, are quiet and content. You rarely asks for much outside of food - you want more and more AND MORE FOOD. RIGHT AWAY, NOW DAMNIT!
This means that lately you get plopped down somewhere so we can deal with MRA. I hope you will know that I feel guilty about this EVERY SINGLE DAY.
By the time you read this, you will have heard me call you my little love child about 84,000 times. Its true, you are my love child and the best surprise of my life- in every single way. Your disposition matches. You are so sweet sometimes I think you popped out of a bowl of sugar.
And even though you may not get as much attention right now as MRA, we hope to make up for it.
So, ASA, one day you are going to read this and we hope you will know how special you are to us, how much we love you, and how proud we are to call you our son.
You will likely be very embarrassed by this. You'll get over it. Be thankful for your father because he is the only thing stopping me from taking you right on down to the tatoo parlor and having "Made With Love" stamped right on the bottom of your chubby little foot just so you will never forget.
Big hugs to you my tub of love. I couldn't love you more!
